Guesthouse

  • What is the maximum amount of beds that can be booked?

    Our guest-house has six rooms with 12 beds:
    Room 22 - budget category - max. 2 beds
    Room 23, 32 and 33 – business  category - max. 5 beds
    Room 41 and 31 - De-Luxe category - max. 4 beds

  • Does the guest-house have an elevator?

    No. Our guest-house was built in the 17th century. At that time, space to house an elevator had not been conceived. The interior of the building is partially under monument protection. An elevator is therefore not installed.

  • Is the guest-house disabled-friendly?

    Our guest-house is not suitable for people with disabilities. If you have trouble climbing stairs, we advise you not to book here.

  • Do you offer vegan or gluten-free food for breakfast?

    No. As a vegetarian, you can enjoy breakfast with us, without any issues. Cheese, cereal, fruit, juices and yogurt are suitable for vegetarians. We do not offer vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free food. You will also search in vain on our buffet table, for special food (E.g. goat's milk).

  • Do you offer lunch or dinner?

    We offer breakfast, but not lunch or dinner. You will find many restaurants, take-aways and snack kiosks nearby.

  • Why is there no TV in rooms 22?

    This is an inexpensive room in the "budget" category - but the furnishings are simple. On the same floor facing the Keizersgracht is our breakfast room with a cosy sitting area and a TV.

  • Is there a fridge I can use for my own food?

    Yes - in the pantry (kitchen without cooking facilities) there are  refrigerators you may use. In order to maintain hygienic standards, there are special rules for use. You may read these rules, which are posted on the refrigerator.

  • Can I prepare my own breakfast in your pantry?

    From 07:30 to 12:00, it is not possible, unfortunately. However, you may eat your own food at the breakfast table.

  • Is there a LAN connection (WiFi) in the guest-house?

    Yes. Our LAN connection (WiFi) offers free Internet access in all rooms and spaces.

  • Do you offer laundry services?

    Unfortunately not! The laundromat, Bejo, is located about 100 meters from us, at 375 Kerkstraat.

  • When do you offer breakfast?

    We offer our breakfast every day

    At 10:00, breakfast is really over and we start cleaning the roo

     

    In times of the Covid-19 pandemic we cannot offer a breakfast buffet. All guests receive a "to-go breakfast" - a breakfast ready packed per guest.
    We have also adjusted the breakfast times. There are 3 seatinf times, which are agreed upon at check-in and cannot be changed for the stay.

    A maximum of 4 persons from different households are admitted to the breakfast room per seating. Between seatings the breakfast room is closed for cleaning.
